About Us

Our inspiration 

Home Counties Weddings & Events Fairs was set up to evolve the traditional wedding fair model. To truly showcase all wedding sectors and not restrict suppliers or overload with just a few key sectors, as many fairs seem to currently offer. Presently most fairs simply only allow one venue, normally the one they are in and only showcasing up to 30 other in house suppliers. Leaving some suppliers not allowed in and so attendees don't get a true reflection of the wonderful array of suppliers and services available to them.

We also added the events side in, as if you're also organising another celebration or business event, some of these suppliers can also help. 

To summarise, we wanted to offer an enjoyable day out for all, where you can see a vast array of professional services and to tick as much off of your list as possible in one place. 

So who are we? 

HCW&E Fairs are owned and operated by Event & Venue Partnerships. A Guildford based business owned by Steve Page. With over 20 years events, hospitality and wedding industry experience his knowledge of local suppliers is second to none. How are our fairs different? 

  • We are not restricted to in house suppliers, so have over 40 wedding sectors,
  • As well as fashion shows we have live acoustic music & other entertainment,
  • We have 100+ suppliers at each fair with a limited number of suppliers from any one sector,
  • Every fair has a local charity partnership, 
  • We have got a 'groomsman's creche', somewhere to drop your partner off while you walk round in peace! 
  • Goody bags, many exclusive fair offers and prize draw for attendees.
